Very Good Negotiating and Selling Skills
Recently I sold my unit through Brian O'Connor Real Estate at Kangaroo Point.
The reason I chose them was because they had been managing the unit very professionally for me whilst it was tenanted, and I saw no reason why the sale of the unit would be any different.
Kellie O'Connor was the salesperson for the unit and conducted the handling of the sale absolutely trouble free. Right from the first phone call to the completion of the sale, I was completely kept informed of the progress and had complete confidence in Kellie's ability to handle such an important transaction.
